• Experience training students or professionals in Tally software
• Knowledge of GST, accounting principles, and business workflows
• Clear and patient teaching methodology
• Ability to design exercises and assessments

We are seeking a dynamic Computer Skills Trainer to equip students with essential digital literacy. You will cover MS Office, internet usage, typing, and foundational programming — making technology accessible and practical for every student.

• Degree in BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, or equivalent
• Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet tools
• Experience in DTP, basic coding, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred
• Ability to work with beginners and advanced learners alike
• Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging teaching style

The Relationship Manager / Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. You will build meaningful relationships, manage the reception area, handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism, and coordinate with internal departments.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and computer basics
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Presentable, polite, and organised personality
• Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus

The Call Desk Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist students and parents with admission enquiries, follow up on leads, and serve as a key communication link between the institution and prospective students.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and/or English
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or admission counselling is an advantage
• Confident, persuasive, and empathetic communication style
• Ability to handle high call volumes without losing composure
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
